There are two seasons for dance at Prairie Farm High School. In the fall, the team performs at home football games. In the winter season, the team competes in addition to performing at home events. Dancers can participate in either season or both if they wish.
2010 Fall Season The dance team will perform at home football games, pep rallies and skit night during Homecoming week. They will dance hip hop, pom, and a guy/girl dance this season.
Competitive Dance The Panther Dance Team competes in the WACPC Western Region, as well as
performing at home events. The team dances pom, jazz, and hip hop
routines which are choreographed by the team and the coach. In addition, some dancers perform solos or small group ensembles in other styles such as lyrical or contemporary.
