Wisconsin Cattlemen’s and Cattlewomens’s Scholarship Program

Eight to ten $500 Scholarships available

The Wisconsin Cattlemen’s scholarship is available to any high school senior enrolled or planning to enroll in any university, technical college, community college in the United States, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Agricultural Short Course Program.

Powerade Athletes of the Year

Ten $1,000 Scholarships available

Nominees must be a current high school senior and must be nominated by a current High School Athletic/Activities Director, Teacher, Counselor, Principal, or Superintendent.

Mark Olson Memorial Scholarship 322

Two $500 Scholarships available

Any Barron County High School senior may apply. Preference will be given to those seniors seeing post-secondary training in a law enforcement related field.

Dunn County Association for Home and Community Education Scholarship

$500 Scholarship available

Students must be a resident of Dunn County or attend a Dunn County High School. Students must have a “B” Average or high for high school work and plan to attend University of Wisconsin-Stout; or Chippewa Valley Technical College in Menomonie.

Mosaic Telecom Scholarship

Eight $500 Scholarships available for students attending a 2018 undergraduate course or accredited college or university.

One $1000 Scholarship available for students attending the 2018 WITC Broadband Academy

Parent(s) or Guardian(s) of the applicant to preferably reside in Mosaic Telecom’s serving area and subscribe to one or more Mosaic Telecom service(s).

Mayo Clinic Health Systems Health Career Scholarship Application

$500 Scholarship available

Applicant must be a graduating senior and pursuing a career in a healthcare related field.

Barron Electric Cooperative Scholarship

$1000 Scholarship available

Applicants must have parents or guardians that are Barron Electric Cooperative Members. Barron Electric will verify parent or guardian’s membership. Applicants must be seniors who will graduate and pursue a post-secondary education.

Wisconsin Restaurant Association Education Foundation Scholarship

Over $39,000 in scholarships are awarded annually to culinary arts and hospitality management students.

Applicants must be pursuing post-secondary education in fields related to the restaurant and hospitality industries.

Officer Michael R. Baribeau Memorial Scholarship

Up to $5000 Scholarship available

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Barron County High School, any student currently enrolled at WITC, or any student currently enrolled at UW Colleges-Barron County Campus. Application must comply with the admission requirements for a full-time student in a Police Science or Criminal Justice Program at a vocational/technical school or college.

Emmans Memorial Scholarship

$2,500 Scholarship available

Applicants must have been a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America for at least three years while in grades 9-12. This scholarship also applies to girls who are or have been members of a Venture Crew as well.
