School Liason Deputy

Hello! My name is Andrew Krahenbuhl and I am your School Resource
Andrew KrahenbuhlDeputy (SRD). I go by Deputy K., because let's face it, Krahenbuhl is too hard to say and even harder to spell.

I have over 20 years of experience in Law Enforcement. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to do many different things. Some of them were and are Dispatch, Patrol, Investigations, Emergency Response Team Lead Sniper, Firearms Instructor and Scenario Instructor. I am also a certified A.L.I.C.E (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter and Evacuate) Instructor. I plan to work with all members of your school district to make it a safe place.

I am proud to be your SRD, because it gives me an opportunity to do what I love (law enforcement and working with kids). Being an SRD will allow me to interact with kids in a positive way. Too often, the first time kids have contact with law enforcement, it is in a negative situation. I want to change that.

I live in Cameron with my wife Jennifer, our two beautiful daughters, Avery and Emerson, and our yellow lab Grace. Avery is a Senior and Emerson is in 7th grade. I’m the Varsity Coach for Cameron Softball and also coach youth softball and basketball. I enjoy spending time with my family and the outdoors.

My primary goal is to keep kids safe and be a positive role model for them. As my title indicates, I am a resource for parents, students and staff. I am excited to work with everyone associated with school. If there is any way I can be of assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Andrew Krahenbuhl
